As part of the consultation process, all Newington property owners are invited to complete the ALS–CMS Modernisation Project survey.
Your responses will help the committee understand community perspectives on the current documents and identify key areas for improvement.
Note: If you’d like to view your precinct’s current Architectural and Landscaping Standards (ALS) and Community Management Statement (CMS), these are available in the Documents section of this website.
This survey is open to all property owners in Newington.
Responses will remain confidential and will be used solely for the purposes of this project.
