Strata Apartment Survey – Introductory Statement

This survey is an updated questionnaire specifically focused on strata apartment properties in Newington. It builds on the earlier community survey and is intended to better understand the owners’ experiences, concerns, and priorities in relation to the Architectural & Landscape Standards (ALS), particularly where these affect the appearance, operation, and long-term management of apartment buildings. Feedback from this survey will help inform the next stage of the ALS review and upcoming workshops.

We are seeking the Strata Owners input on the review of the design controls for Newington. These controls are described in the Architectural Landscape Standards (ALS). Many of the current controls are outdated, unclear or confusing. Your feedback will help improve the design controls, simplify understanding, and streamline the approval process to maintain and future proof the quality of living at Newington.
